Flat roof repairs to a house in County Durham

The flat roof was leaking on this semi-detached house in Easington, County Durham.

First, we removed all old, rotten felt. Then, we removed all the old boards. Then we re-boarded it with new 8×2 tongue and groove boards. Finally, we fitted an all-new EPDM rubber roof.
