Complete roof replacement to an Eastfield bungalow

We replaced the complete roof on this bungalow because the original roof was nearly 80 years old and leaking in numerous areas.

We began by removing all the old porous tiles from the roof. We then stripped all the old water-damaged bitumen felt and rotten wood battens.

Then we re-membraned the whole roof in a brand new breathable roof membrane and fitted new pressure-treated battens. We re-tiled the roof with the customer’s choice and colour of tile, which was a rustic double Roman tile. New fibre-glass dry valleys were fitted, along with a new dry ridge breathing system. An EPS drainage system with bird guards was also installed. Finally, we fitted all new fascias, soffits, and guttering.
